Welcome to the 2021 Fantasy Football Rankings (June Update) article!
With mandatory minicamps officially underway, it’s time to update my rankings! I added and ranked every quarterback currently in a training camp battle, which includes Taysom Hill, Trey Lance, Teddy Bridgewater, and Mac Jones.
Blockbuster News
The Atlanta Falcons shook up the fantasy football world by trading future Hall of Famer Julio Jones along with a 2023 sixth-round pick to the Tennessee Titans for a 2020 second-round and 2023 fourth-round picks. Calvin Ridley, AJ Brown, Kyle Pitts, Ryan Tannehill, Russell Gage, and Anthony Firkser were immediately impacted following the blockbuster trade.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire (+10) - It’s Edwards-Helaire's second year in Andy Reid's system. He’s tied to the most explosive offense in the league. We have to remember not all rookie running backs come in and succeed right away. It takes time for most players to get acclimated to the speed of the NFL. The sophomore running back out of LSU is being drafted as the RB16 but has a legitimate shot at finishing in the top five at his position. If I can grab CEH in the late second or early third round, I’d be THRILLED.
CeeDee Lamb (+10) - Lamb finished the 2020 season as the WR20 despite losing Dak early and dealing with Andy Dalton's inconsistent quarterback play. He turned his 6.9 targets per game into 4.6 receptions for 58.4 yards and five total touchdowns. With Dak back, expect Lamb's targets to go upwards to what he was averaging with Prescott at the beginning of the season, which was 7.3 targets through the first four weeks. The second-year wide receiver out of Oklahoma could garner even more targets now that he’s more established in the league. Lamb is a no-brainer pick in the 4th/5th round of fantasy drafts as your WR2. His floor/ceiling combination is otherworldly, and he’s someone I want on all my fantasy rosters this season.
Matt Ryan (-6) and Julio Jones (-9) - This one is pretty straightforward. Any time a quarterback loses a future Hall of Fame wide receiver, he's going to get knocked down a few pegs. Ryan goes from a high-end QB2 to a low-end QB2. Ryan isn't a superstar by any means, but the chemistry he and Jones built together shouldn't be taken for granted. Jones spent 10 years in Atlanta, compiling 12,896 yards and 60 TDs in 134 games with Ryan as his quarterback. Julio is talented enough to make it work with any quarterback, but it could take some time for him to gel with his new quarterback, Ryan Tannehill. Jones also missed six games last season because of a hamstring issue, so the Titans may scale back his offensive snaps hoping to keep him healthy throughout the season. The former Alabama product went from a low-end WR1 to a low-end WR2 with upside.
If you're reading this article, that means you're serious about winning. The following half-PPR rankings have been meticulously thought out and researched. While luck plays a role in winning or losing in fantasy football, luck will always favor the prepared. Stay prepared and ride with us this season!
Let's dominate 2021 together!
